The suite has a beautiful view of the river. The hotel is located in a stunning setting in the Lungarno del Tempio district, just a short distance from the city center and historic center. We would definitely consider returning.

Overall a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location on the outskirts of the city, right on the banks of the Arno river, was surprisingly convenient. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to the city center, making it easy to explore without the hassle of parking. The service from the staff was excellent, they were genuinely interested in providing the best possible experience for the guests. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with some even offering a jacuzzi on the terrace with a view of the Arno. The breakfast was delightful, with delicious desserts and a taste of local products, like the amazing pistachio spread. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its attention to detail, with the most impressive shower in the rooms. it was a perfect way to end our vacation. Everything was more than satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The hotel had really kind staff with great service. Its stunning, riverside location was a plus. The venue overlooked the river, being near both a river and a hill.

Pleasant views of the river and delicious and delightful breakfasts with local products, fresh fried eggs, a taste of local products handy to buy especially the pistachio spread. Impeccable staff with good manners.

Brilliant and marvelous location near a lovely decorated restaurant with a large variety of fresh and delicious options. Reception area includes a bar.- Close to the river, adding to the charm of the location

I had a fantastic stay at Ville Sull'Arno. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was excellent, with good shower pressure and soft fluffy robes. The staff were professional and friendly, and the spa was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast options were extensive and of high quality. The hotel's location outside of the main area of Florence provided a peaceful and airy atmosphere, with beautiful views of the river. The use of bicycles to explore the city was a great perk. I had a special and memorable experience at this hotel.

room was wide, bed comfortable and TV big. Pretty new everything. Good view of the Arno.

It would be a good 4-star hotel, but it doesn't correspond to a 5-star hotel at all. When we arrived there was no one to help us with the luggage, the check-in is done by a Mr. The room is decorated like a painter's studio with buckets in the middle, which only get in the way, the place to put the bags is occupied by a decorative chest, the bathtub has a curtain that only covers half of it, there is no place to put the things in the bathroom, there are 2 armchairs and a ridiculously small table in the room (even though there is plenty of room). We ordered dinner in the room and pretended to leave things on the ridiculous table instead of bringing a cart, so everything fell on the floor.

The breakfast was stunning and delicious with plenty of appetising food. The location was marvellous there, on river. I randomly popped in Cafe Schiacciachicchi serving some pastries, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, it was nice.

This place definitely deserves its 5-star rating, with very clean rooms and a nearby restaurant called Ristorante flora & fauno that you can easily walk to, not to mention a fantastic pool area.
